Welcome to the Trainer Development Institute Alum page which was developed to increase your capacity to capture and share promising practices, resources, and disability inclusion materials to actively engage individuals with disabilities in national service programs.

This manual is designed to enable you to access disability content, materials, and resources grouped by content areas. It will assist your efforts to conduct disability inclusion trainings and to meaningfully include individuals with disabilities in service.

Instructions for reviewing Level 1 content:

To access content:

• Select a chapter topic from the left-hand column.
• Each topic has introductory content and four sections:

  2. Activities
  3. Handouts
  4. Resources from States
• Review the content in any of the sections as needed.
