Technical Requirements for NSIP Webcasts

Watching a webconference that took place between August 2005 and January 2006 requires that you install Centra 7.2, an earlier version of the software.

How to Install and Use Centra 7.2

Step 1:

You must use a PC running Windows 2000 or XP and a high-speed (cable/DSL) connection. We recommend that you use Internet Explorer 5.0 or above.

Step 2:

Install the Centra 7.2 plug-in. To learn how, download instructions or watch a captioned tutorial video.

Step 3:

Open the .exe file of the webconference you want to view, which you have downloaded from the archives page.

Get Help

On your own: Try fixing Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 2 issues.

Ask NSIP: Email Alvaro Tobar for help with Centra 7.2. Include your name and phone number. He will call you to troubleshoot.

Go to the webconference archives or the Centra 7.5 help page.
